Minimum Monthly Rate
Every regular MK/Cannery user will be required to pay a minimum of $100/month to maintain an active account. If no hours are booked or if hours booked are less than $100 for any given month, the user will be billed this minimum monthly rate.
*Peak hours are between 8am-8pm (daytime) while off-peak hours are from 8pm-8am. Our Mercado Kitchen and Cannery are open 24 hours a day. The Cannery's rates are lower because it does not have near the amenities that MK does.
+Shared-use storage is space allocated and shared among participant kitchen users. This is relatively little space accessible on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. Maximum usage at any given time is 1 half-shelf of dry and 1 half-shelf of cooler/freezer storage.
